Here are the layouts for some of the other sites. They’re all Danish communities, so I apologize if the names don’t just roll off the tongue…

Gyldenmuld

Tornevangsgarden

Tornevangsgarden is a small community with only six residences. In addition to the usual common house and central rec area, there are gardens and a pond.

Skraplanet

Skraplanet

Skraplanet has a less centralized layout, with more individual space to each house.

saettedammen

Saettedammen

Saettedammen is a inwardly oriented community, with one big central courtyard. The commons building is up at the top, in line with all of the houses.

Jystrup Savvaerket

Jystrup Savvaerket

L-shaped communities are a common cohousing layout plan. It creates two avenues with a central connecting point. Jystrup Savvaerket, above, uses a glass roof above the avenues so that people can enjoy being outside in any weather. We saw that same solution used in the Windsong development here.
