The Good Night

I got home from work around 9:00 PM last night (I’m still making up time from the reunion — Friday will be my last late work day.) Heather wasn’t feeling well, so she went to bed shortly after I got home.

I turned on George Winston’s “December”, grabbed my book (Brandon Sanderson’s Mistborn) and a bowl of cherries, and spent the next two hours in peaceful solitude.

(Oh, and by the way, I did manage to do pull off a cartwheel in the cubicle aisle, and I didn’t even knock anything down.)
